As a frequent customer of this lovely shop I know that Christine (owner) goes above & beyond for her visitors and customers. She is patient and knowledgeable in both technique and products. Having witnessed the actions of complainants, I can only say that some visitors need to “check their attitude”. No one, including shop owners, deserve to be insulted, berated and totally disrespected. If you can’t be decent then you are correct in choosing online shopping as it will serve you well. Christine has done an amazing job by pivoting to the needs of the community. While maintaining the high quality rug hooking supplies and hand drawn patterns, Christine has embraced knitters. Her shop is a sensory delight!

I visited Encompassing Designs Rug hooking somewhat by accident after seeing Christines's photo on Facebook with sock yarn in the background. I confess I'm not a rug hooker, but this shop covers my bases when it comes to favorite brands of wool for knitting most anything imaginable. There is even a supply of dishcloth yarn! I recommend following the latest yarn shipments adding to the growing collection. Also the custom wool, dyed in-house for your latest rug hooking projects on Facebook. My dream job for sure. ❤️
