For July 2026 through June 2027 the Chamber is opening six Sponsor slots — the top tier of Chamber sponsorship and the only placement that puts your brand in front of every visitor who walks Main Street, every guest who checks into a Mahone Bay accommodation, every person who lands on mahonebay.com, and every subscriber to the Chamber newsletter.
The Chamber is volunteer-run and member-funded. Sponsor revenue keeps the Visitor Information Centre staffed, the printed visitor map in circulation, and the website ad-free — three of the highest-impact things we do for tourism in town.
Your logo featured prominently on the front of the official Mahone Bay visitor map — printed every spring, distributed through the Visitor Information Centre at 165 Edgewater Street and stocked at every member accommodation in town. Roughly 10,000 copies in a typical season.
Your logo on the sponsor bar that sits above the footer on mahonebay.com — visible on the homepage, the directory, every member listing, every event, every news post. Every page on the site, every visitor, all year.

Your logo on the sponsor bar in every issue of the Chamber newsletter, linked directly to your website. Goes out to our full subscriber list — members, the VIC mailing list, and engaged South Shore visitors who've opted in.
Once a month we publish a featured post spotlighting you across the Chamber's Facebook and Instagram channels — a new product launch, a behind-the-scenes story, a seasonal promotion, whatever you'd like to share. You submit the content; we edit, polish, and publish.
Sponsorship dollars don't disappear into general overhead. The fee covers the cost of printing the visitor map first — every copy that lands at the VIC counter and at every member accommodation. Whatever's left goes straight into the Visitor Information Centre budget, which keeps the VIC at 165 Edgewater Street staffed and open through the season.
It's the most direct community-impact line item the Chamber has. When you sponsor, you're funding the printed map every visitor leaves with, and the staffed desk that hands it to them.

One flat annual fee, billed at the start of the sponsorship year. The logo on the printed map locks in when the map goes to print (typically April–May), so earlier confirmation means earlier placement and a longer effective run.
Sponsorship is a conversation, not a checkout. We confirm your logo file, walk through placement on the map, and answer any questions about the badge or the sponsor bar.
