Dear Members of the Mahone Bay Chamber of Commerce,
We are pleased to invite you to attend the Annual General Meeting of the Mahone Bay Chamber of Commerce, which will take place at 7PM on Tuesday, March 21, 2023, at the Trinity United Church Hall in Mahone Bay and online via zoom (details to be sent later).
The AGM is an important opportunity for our members to come together to discuss the successes of the past year and to plan for the future of our organization. We encourage all members to attend and participate in this important event.
The agenda for the AGM will include:
- Approval of AGM Minutes 2022
We will review the minutes from the previous year’s AGM and seek approval from members. - Report of the Chair
George Anderson will present a report on the activities and accomplishments of the organization over the past year. - Nomination of the Board of Directors for 2023-4
We will nominate and elect the Board of Directors for the upcoming year. This is a crucial part of the AGM and we encourage all members to participate in this process. - 2023 Plan
We will discuss and plan for the upcoming year, including events, initiatives, and strategies to support our members and promote the growth of Mahone Bay’s business community.
