  I recently took a virtual DiSC training with Lisette Jones and it was incredibly eye opening! The DiSC personality assessment was spot on to my personality type, how I work, what motivates me and even what type of work I generally enjoy was incredibly accurate. In a hands on learning environment, I learned not just about myself but how to work more effectively with people, especially those I find challenging to relate/connect with. I usually don't love virtual training as it can be hard for me to stay focused but Lisette's training was engaging and the group work included helped me connect and learn from others taking the training. I highly recommend this for anyone! It would be very helpful for business/teams/organizations to take together - or even taken separately, their profiles stay on the DiSC platform so people can compare and learn how to more effectively work with others.

  Lisette has provided numerous in-person, as well as online, courses for our staff in areas of communication, HR, and leadership. She has also completed a very thorough Workplace Climate Assessment and we have recently brought her back for a Job Classification Review. Staff always report that she is a good listener and creates a welcoming, safe environment for learning. She has built a good rapport with staff, delivers timely results, and is always open to feedback.

  Lisette from Think Smart Training is a great trainer. She taught me many valuable skills in leadership in her course. I learned how to communicate effectively with people from different generations and personalities, and how to handle challenging conversations. Her leadership course is beneficial for anyone who manages employees. She is also very kind and generous.
