multiple delicious gluten-free baked items to enjoy with ones brew, espresso, drink, chai, strawberry rhubarb, lemonade, the list goes on. They also have grab and go items or one may sit down and order from their menu. Lovely indoor and outdoor spaces to relax and savor the flavors. Highly recommend they add Aztec mocha to their list of espresso offerings. The staff is helpful and friendly. Overall, a delightful experience.

I love this spot. Great service and food for dine in or take out. Several great gluten free options for meals and baked treats. Everything I ate here was superb. I think this place is worth going out of your way for.

Absolutely delicious! Stopped in here for some brunch on a recommendation and it couldn’t have been more perfect. We ate in the garden surrounded by flowers and colour! Even the tables are super colourful. I had the breakfast sandwich and garden salad as a side and they were great. The breakfast sandwich was amazing and I could go for a second or even a third. I also grabbed a Peach Scone. Wow! Not dry at all. Absolutely delicious and not too sweet. Lots of pick chunks of peaches and just fantastic. Will be back the next time I visit NS!
