Bought my 1st hot tub (soft tub), delivered January 3rd. They delivered it, set it up and reviewed the features and how to use it including the chemicals. They were awesome to deal with and so responsive to any questions you might have now or in the future. Have been suffering with body pains for 8 months and it was getting worse. Been to several specialists with no relief. The minute I step in to the SofTub, pain is gone. I have missed 1 day using it and feel so much better. Occasionally I still have pain, but all I need is to hop in the tub! Bay SoftTubs are great!
